JULIE CZOER - I’m a wife, mom of 5, grandmother to 11 and great grandmother to 4 all amazing kids. I opened the first RE/MAX in Evansville in 1991 prior to becoming the successful Independent company First Class Realty in May 11, 2006. But my biggest success has been my 16 year survival of Ovarian Cancer. My cancer journey includes 1-2 rounds of chemotherapy each year, over 10 surgeries & continuous care from my wonderful oncologist & surgeon. I still fight the hard fight of cancer everyday.
I turned 77 years young on February 1, 2020 & Jack my better half & I celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary on July 23, 2018. I love sharing my real estate passion with my husband, son John & daughter Bev. My story has been an exciting one from Shoe Saleswoman, Hot Air Balloon Pilot to Realtor of the Year. I love to paint, flower gardening & I get my hands dirty working beside Jack on our classic cars.
JACK CZOER - Husband to Julie. My story doesn’t begin with Real Estate, but in joining the Navy CB’s when I was a youngster at 17. Over the years I have worked my hand as an electrician, plumber, managed a warehouse & fitted little ladies with the perfect shoes at Baynham’s. This has given me the perfect fit for my position on the CZOER Team as their “Jack of All Trades”. I lend my hand as photographer, to make your house look fabulous on its virtual tour, put up yard sign, and my best attribute will be negotiating your inspection response whether you are a buyer or seller. I diligently help you to make sense of your inspection, I help buyers & sellers get estimates for repairs as well as facilitate repairs with the different repair professionals if necessary. Besides Real Estate, my classic cars, a ‘39 Ford & ‘64 Ford Falcon Convertible are the excitement in my life. Julie & I have tirelessly restored each car with our own hands working on everything from the frame up including the engine, drive train & wiring. I can always be found at the Frog Follies & Louisville National Classic Car Show.
BEV STAGGS - I live in Haubstadt with my husband Darren. I love Pinterest, Ranger riding, decorating & country music. I’ve always been obsessed with all things having to do with design & home. I believe you can make a place charming & beautiful with a little bit of thought & creativity & not a lot of money. My start was as a Dental Hygienist graduating from USI & working in the field for 12 years. In 2000 the family business was thriving & I made the decision to join the CZOER Team. I jumped in with both feet & I have never looked back. Along with my brother John, I specialize in working with buyers & sellers, short sales & I hold a Brokers license. My upbeat personality & personal attention to each buyer or seller is what sets me apart from the rest. I strive to be the best & continue to gain education & much experience through 95-100 closed transactions a year, a professional coaching company, active involvement in the Board of Realtors & I’m backed by a team with over 90 combined years of experience. I love seeing your homes transformations & I’m happy you’ve reached out to our site.
